What should I send with a request?

Send the roof address, building type, roof access notes, leak status, known roof system, and any tenant or work-hour limits.

Can you look at an occupied building?

Yes. The first conversation should cover tenant communication, access, safety, parking, roof entry, noise, odor, and daily dry-in limits.

Do you promise insurance outcomes?

No. We can document roof conditions, provide construction scope, and answer roof-work questions, but claim decisions stay outside our role.
